About me
Dr. Lydia Killos is the Strategic Data Project’s Senior Advisor. Lydia brings brings over 25 years of experience with evidence based research development, research utilization, and rigorous program and impact evaluation. She is a proud Cohort 10 alumni of the Strategic Data Fellowship, having led a team of statisticians and evaluators in the procurement and management of over $275 million dollars in federal and philanthropic grant funding to IDEA Public Schools charter K-12 education network.
Lydia earned her PhD in Community Psychology with an emphasis on statistical modeling from the University of Virginia, where she held an IES Fellowship and faculty position. She has taught social psychology and research methods in studies of health sciences at James Madison University and Nova Southeastern. Lydia lives in Charlottesville, VA where she daily enjoys the beautiful Blue Ridge mountain range, walking her dog and laughing with friends.
