⚠️ CONVENING 2026 UPDATES Last Updated: April 9, 2026
Hotel Room Block Update

Requests to reserve a hotel room through our SDP room block are closed for now. If you already submitted a request, the SDP team will contact you soon with an update.

Travel Update: Monitoring Flight Changes
We are currently seeing an increase in airline schedule adjustments nationwide. Industry-wide staffing shortages and, in some cases, government-driven capacity restrictions have resulted in more frequent flight time changes and cancellations.

If your travel was booked through our travel partner, Milne Travel, their team monitors reservations and will notify you if significant changes occur. However, we strongly encourage all attendees to regularly check their airline reservation directly.

If you booked your own travel, please monitor your flight closely and ensure your contact information is updated with the airline so you receive real-time notifications.

We recommend:
  • Checking your reservation weekly until departure
  • Confirming your arrival time into Boston
  • Reviewing any connecting flights for schedule adjustments

We appreciate your proactive attention to travel and accommodation logistics as we prepare for Convening 2026.
