About me
I work with data and analytics to inform educational policies and initiatives that aim to improve outcomes for marginalized communities. My background includes survey methodologies, psychometrics, program evaluation, benchmarking, data visualization, and grant proposal development. I’m certified in Results-Based Accountability (RBA) and have been involved in building continuous improvement frameworks, developing data and case management systems, and supporting strategic planning processes. I’m especially interested in educational policy, family–community–school partnerships, and the use of machine learning in education research, and always eager to learn from others doing related work.
