Strategic Data Project Convening 2026

Juda is the HE Program Manager for the Strategic Data Project at CEPR and has been with SDP since 2019. He is currently leading the SDP Minority Serving Institution Data Community of Practice and Fellowship. Juda graduated from Swarthmore College where he received a B.A. in Gender and Sexuality Studies with a minor in Black Studies.

During his time at Swarthmore College, Juda worked with several intercultural centers and focused on diversity and inclusion administrative and events based work. Juda was a Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellow, which gave him the opportunity to do independent research on Black Feminism and Transfeminism as an undergraduate. Juda also held an internship with the Audre Lorde Project, a nonprofit for Black and brown LGBTQ folks of New York.
