I’m a higher education data leader who loves making complex information understandable, useful, and humane. I work at the intersection of analytics, equity, and storytelling, so I’m always happy to talk about data visualization, evidence-informed decision making, and how institutions can use data to better support student success, especially for students with intersecting identities. We work with Tableau and PowerBI, and I always enjoy conversations about working specifically with those two tools.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of two, a longtime vegetarian, and someone who enjoys hiking, cooking, and finding quiet ways to recharge. I also love talking about work–life balance in leadership roles, parenting while working in higher education, and building collaborative, values-driven teams.
